MMARK
MARK FIELD NOTES · ORIGINAL GUIDANCE

Clear answers for every parcel chapter.

These guides explain what courier information can establish, what it cannot establish, and which practical action to take next. MARK is an independent information service and does not transport parcels.

01

Tracking statuses

Find the correct AWB, read a scan with its timestamp, distinguish saved results from fresh checks and share tracking safely.

02

Delivery problems

Troubleshoot missing results, delayed scans, failed attempts, disputed delivery and courier mismatch without guessing.

03

PIN-code evidence

Separate postal identity, route confirmation and nearby-office evidence before making a dispatch decision.

Evidence before confidence.

MARK avoids turning a nearby branch, an old scan or a valid postal code into a delivery promise. Exact courier evidence is labelled separately, and unavailable evidence stays unavailable rather than being filled with an invented answer.

Start with the question you need answered

If you already have an AWB and courier name, begin with parcel tracking. If the result is missing or stale, use the delivery-problems guide. Before booking a new shipment, check the complete destination address and read the PIN-code evidence guide.

For address changes, refunds, proof of delivery, lost-parcel investigations or delivery arrangements, contact the sender or the courier shown on the receipt. MARK cannot change a shipment.
