When a tracking result needs a second look

Updated 27 September 2026

Use this guide when a parcel lookup does not answer your question. The aim is to identify the next useful action, rather than refresh an unchanged status repeatedly. MARK displays courier information; the sender and delivery company remain responsible for the shipment.

No result for the AWB

Compare the number with the shipping receipt. Check letters that resemble digits, omitted characters and the courier name. A seller's order reference can be different from its courier AWB. If the number came from an order-confirmation message, ask the sender whether a shipment has actually been handed to the courier.

A missing result is different from a provider outage. MARK may say that it could not find a verified scan, or that the courier service is temporarily slow. In the second case, retry later or visit the courier's official website. Neither message establishes that a parcel is lost.

The result has stopped changing

Read the latest event time separately from the time MARK last checked the provider. A successful refresh can return exactly the same scan: it means the provider was checked, not that the parcel moved at that time. Long-distance movement can happen between recorded scans.

If the expected delivery window given by your sender has passed, contact the sender or courier. Keep the receipt, AWB, latest scan location and event date ready. MARK cannot determine a courier's complaint deadline or promise a delivery date when the source gives none.

The status says delivered, but you cannot find the parcel

First check with the intended recipient and any reception desk or household member who may have accepted it. Then ask the courier or seller to investigate and supply its proof of delivery. Do not treat a status label alone as proof of who received the package. MARK does not display delivery OTPs or signature images.

A delivery attempt failed

Use the exact event description when contacting support. An unsuccessful attempt can need clarification about access, an address or another courier-specific issue. Do not infer the cause when the scan is vague. Address corrections and repeat delivery arrangements must go through the courier or sender.

The result belongs to a different courier

Check the courier printed on the receipt before proceeding. MARK can display a mismatch notice if the returned courier differs from the selection. If the result still seems unrelated, stop sharing it and ask the sender to confirm the AWB. Tracking numbers should only be used for shipments you are entitled to view.

Share the lookup, not private documents

Open the parcel result and use Share tracking, WhatsApp or Copy link. The link includes its AWB and courier so the recipient can open a prefilled form. It is not a private access token: anyone receiving it can look up that shipment. Send it only to the relevant sender or recipient.

A remembered courier shortcut helps when you regularly use the same delivery company. You can still choose a different courier for the next parcel. Recent parcel history is kept in your browser; use Clear when you no longer want it saved on that device.

Send a useful website error report

For a MARK page failure, tell us the page URL, approximate time and what happened. Include the courier and AWB only when needed to investigate your own shipment. Never include passwords, payment PINs, delivery OTPs or full identity documents.
