PRIVACY POLICY

Your tracking data,
kept minimal.

Last updated: 9 September 2026.

Information we process

When you use MARK Courier, we may process the AWB or tracking number you enter, the courier you select, basic service logs, and anonymous or pseudonymous usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use information

We use entered tracking information to request shipment status from the selected courier or supported tracking provider, display the result, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain short-lived tracking caches for faster responses.

What we do not intentionally display

MARK is designed not to show customer phone numbers or delivery addresses in tracking results. If an upstream source unexpectedly returns sensitive personal information, MARK attempts to filter it from the customer-facing result.

Third-party services

Tracking requests may involve courier websites, courier APIs, or supported tracking providers. The site may also use infrastructure, analytics, consent-management or advertising services such as Google AdSense after those services are enabled. Those providers may process data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and advertising

Where advertising or consent tools are enabled, cookies or similar technologies may be used according to applicable law and user consent. MARK will use an appropriate consent mechanism for regions where it is required.

Retention

Operational logs and cached tracking responses are retained only as needed for service performance, security and troubleshooting, subject to technical and legal requirements.
