MARK brings courier tracking and destination-PIN checks into one desk. It is an independent information service: the delivery company handles your parcel, changes to its address and delivery complaints.
Start with the receipt
Enter the AWB printed on your shipping receipt and choose the same courier. A shop order number is not always a tracking number. If there is no result, check letters and digits against the receipt before retrying.
Check the scan time
A tracking page shows recorded scans, not continuous GPS movement. Read the latest event and its timestamp together. A saved result is labelled separately when a live refresh cannot be completed.
Understand delivery coverage
A valid six-digit PIN identifies a postal area. It does not by itself confirm that every courier delivers to every address there. MARK separates postal information, courier evidence and nearby-office information.
